Shipping 

How much does shipping cost? 

Standard Shipping (Australia):  $11.95 flat rate or free for orders over $99.

Express Shipping (Australia):  $16.95 flat rate.  

 

How do I track my delivery? 

You will receive an email with tracking details once your item has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We are a long way-away in Australia and are always working to improve our international shipping rates. 

All international orders are processed within 2-3 and are sent using DHL. Shipping times are based on your address. Please note, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when you enter your shipping address. 

Once your order has been collected by the couriers, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Please allow for extended shipping times when ordering during busy seasonal or promotional periods.

If you notice a delay with your order, we are happy to provide further assistance and can lodge an enquiry on your behalf. You may also need to lodge your own enquiry, and if you wish to dispute a delivery or a delay, it is up to the customer to do so with DHL.

What happens with international duties and taxes?

All international orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the country to which they are shipped. This charge will be calculated at checkout and payment is required to complete your order.

Duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported. These charges depend on your country’s import legislation.

 

I’ve received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve ordered? 

Please hello@nonnasgrocer.com promptly if you need to change your delivery address. We will do our best to make the change happen for orders that have not been dispatched yet. As we are a very small team, there will be some cases where we are unable to accommodate this. 

 

Returns/Exchanges  

Please choose your fruit carefully as all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.  

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team at hello@nonnasgrocer.com and we will be more than happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of dispatch for unopened, unused, and resalable products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

 

Candle Care 

How do I care for my candle?
When using pillar-shaped candles, it's crucial to set them on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Burn them in a well-ventilated area, avoiding drafty spots to ensure an even burn. Trim the wick to 6mm before each use to minimise smoking and soot buildup.
Supervise burning candles and keep them away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
For best results, burn in 2-hour intervals to achieve a consistent and smooth burn. Due to the organic nature of our candle designs, they may drip slightly, so we advise placing them on a plate or holder.
