Products & PricingWe reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price, change, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
We make every effort to ensure the stock reflected on the Website is accurate and available for purchase, however please note that our stock is not updated in real time and as a result some discrepancies may occur. If in the event our warehouse is unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified as soon as we are aware of the discrepancy with an alternative option. If a suitable solution cannot be found a full refund will be processed.
All items presented on the Website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. All payments are processed in Australian dollars.
PaymentPayment is required at the time of purchase and can only be made using either a nominated VISA or Mastercard credit card or using a PayPal, ZipPay or Afterpay account. All payments are handled by a secure payment gateway provider and will appear on your account statement as coming from Nipoti Group Pty Ltd or Nonna’s Grocer.
If we cannot complete your order, some items cannot be shipped or we reject your order, we will refund you using the original payment method used for the order. Please be aware that refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Promo CodesWe may promote discount codes that offer a discount to the RRP. To qualify for this discount you must supply the applicable discount code at checkout or purchase products within the allotted time frame. You may only use one discount code per purchase and use of a discount code may override or nullify some of the other discounts we may offer such as free shipping.
Gift CardsGift Cards are available to purchase on the Website. We will email you the Gift Card either as soon as payment has been cleared. The Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
We will send the Gift Card to the email address you provide us with when completing your order. We are not liable for any mis-delivery, non-delivery or use of the Gift Card by someone other than your nominated recipient due to inaccurate delivery details provided by you.
In addition, we can’t take responsibility for any Gift Cards that are lost or used by someone other than your nominated recipient after delivery.
Please be aware, Gift Cards may get caught in spam filters. It is up to the recipient to check these and retrieve the Gift Card email before the spam filter automatically deletes it.
Accuracy of Billing and Account InformationWe reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You must ensure that you provide your correct billing details when checking out, as incorrect information may delay your order.
